This program exposes an EXCEL/OWL file as SKOS.

Steps for mapping terminologies as SKOS are as follows:

Converting EXCEL file or OWL file into a relational database
Mapping the database as RDF using D2RQ mapping service
Exploring the SKOS relationship using Radial Browser
