Extended the bathroom light dimming logic to include hours from midnight to 6 AM. Previously, the condition now().hour >= 21 would fail after midnight, causing the lights to go to full brightness. Added or now().hour < 6 to the condition to cover the full night.

PR created automatically by Jules for task 18293480711582778014 started by @erlendsellie

Modified `packages/bathroomlights.yaml` to extend the dimming logic (50% brightness) to include hours between midnight and 6 AM. Previously, the logic `now().hour >= 21` caused the lights to reset to 100% brightness at midnight.
