Metabolic maps for Xanthomonas

Hi Zack, I want to upload my metabolic maps of Xanthomonas that were developed in collaboration with the SBRG, Jon and the University of Los Andes, Colombia. I just submitted the paper of the metabolic model to the ASM and would be great to reference and made available the maps through this repository.

Can you let me know when your paper is accepted? we could also include the model in BiGG Models, because we like to keep these synchronized

Hi Zack! Sure, I will let you know... Regarding Metabolic model I have a question ¿When I translated the model from Seed to Bigg there were still a lot of metabolites that can not be converted.
