Sets a demo_mode cookie via /demo that bypasses Spotify OAuth entirely. Demo users go through the full create flow with real OpenAI image analysis and curated mock tracks; saving is simulated. Fixes access for anyone not on the Spotify dev whitelist. Also rewrites README to be more direct.
