What does it do?
Provides a row describing transactions to be in a table. Conditions and css apply for unconfirmed and confirmed transactions, and for even and odd counts.
Any helpful background information?
TransactionConfirmations.jsx largely taken from updateNodeEvery3Blocks for css animation in storybook. User can define clicks for different data cells.
