ECIP-1121 outlines the Ethereum execution-layer protocol specifications for Ethereum Classic execution clients, ensuring compatibility with Ethereum while maintaining its Proof-of-Work consensus. LGTM. Meets ECIP-1000 compliance.
…elds Missing language was preventing build. Added metadata fields for language, translator, discussions link, and placeholders for replaces, superseded-by, and resolution.
Reclassify ECIP-1121 as Meta to reflect its role in coordinating execution-layer alignment, consistent with prior execution upgrade ECIPs such as Spiral and Mystique.
