Library to use the USB-BITP-200 pattern generator from Deditec,

The project is based on original Deditec Delib distributed with a private
licence: the code has been entirelly rewritten in C++ with a much cleaner
structure and algorithms.

The code is released with LGPL v3 licence (excluding the code in the folder
delib/orig_delib which is the original library provided Deditec and kept
here as reference).
