Additional work to close #494

PR to-do list:

  • Fix the issue for the Erddap DataFetcher
  • Fix the issue for the GDAC DataFetcher
  • Fix the issue for the Argovis DataFetcher
  • Possibly check for scatter maps
  • Check coverage and unit-test
  • Update the documentation

Previous work from #495 :

  • Fix utilities
  • Fix the issue for the ArgoIndex
