  2. Submit at least 4 PRs on github (you can submit to this repository)

What does this repository for

We know you can slove some issues and submit some PRs(at least 4) to practice. And then you can get a beautiful free T-shirt from Hacktoberfest, this repository is just for you to submit your PRs.(Of course you can submit to other repositories too, but why don't we do it together here ?)

Oh! Come on! Get more people involved and joined into Open Source in github is the motivation of this campaign. Come on, we are just learning(I am kidding, ๐Ÿ˜„ I totally agree that the T-shirt matters). Anyway, basically, it looks like:
