Remove external Google Fonts requests (fonts.googleapis.com) from VitePress head config and replace with @fontsource/dm-mono and @fontsource/dm-serif-display npm packages. Only the actually used weights/styles are imported (DM Mono 400/500/italic, DM Serif Display 400/italic). No external font requests are made at runtime — GDPR compliant.
