Add mutations, save, and Rails mode

This gem was super helpful for me! I found some additional expressions that I needed. Hopefully they're helpful for the project. :)

Add support for be_empty
Add support for be_truthy
Add support for be_falsey
Add support for context
Add support for strings in describe
Add support for it -> test (Rails mode)
Move mutations to classes
Add rails mode (-r) to CLI
Add save option to CLI
Update to_test_filename
Update Readme
