Pixel 5 is a bit old for default no?

Mmmaybe but if we make it even larger (px+) or more detailed (dpi+) I worry the host may start having problems (not sure if it's not going to have problems with this already). |

Screen is too small for one of customers so let's make Pixel 5 the default. Probably what other expect from 2026 device emulator too. Allows customization with
CVD_CONFIG_JSONenv variable.Tested manually.
