Summary: Credit to sunobrien and jsteinebronn for the foss_revproxy source code. Bundle the foss_revproxy C++ source files and CMakeLists.txt into `packages/cdn_bench/src/ti/foss_revproxy/` so that external DCPerf users can iterate on the CDN benchmark without monorepo access. We should probably migrate all future development of foss_revproxy to benchpress once this is landed Differential Revision: D98027553
