The FIBP-only server expects [fibp] not [server] for the listen address.
Summary by cubic
Switch test server config to
[fibp]forlisten_addr(was[server]) to match the FIBP-only server. This fixes test server startup so it binds to the requested address.Written for commit f15de1c. Summary will update on new commits.
