This is a Reveal.js-based presentation created for the Eötvös Napok school event in Budapest.
It tells the story of a 9-day expedition from Basel to Greenland aboard a Diamond DA42 twin-engine aircraft, mixing travel photography, geography, science, and inspiration.
- Basel 🇨🇭 → Guernsey 🇬🇬
- Ireland 🇮🇪 → Northern Ireland 🇬🇧 → Scotland 🇬🇧
- Faroe Islands 🇫🇴 → Iceland 🇮🇸 → Greenland 🇬🇱
- Return via Copenhagen 🇩🇰
The talk blends:
- Adventure and exploration — the experience of flying small aircraft across the North Atlantic
- Science and geography — volcanic landscapes, glaciers, tectonic plates, and Arctic ecology
- Inspiration — curiosity, courage, and discovery as lifelong values
