chore: rename farm package name

refactor(pkg): rename package @farmfe/core to farm

BREAKING CHANGE:
Package has been renamed from @farmfe/core to farm
remove @farmfe/cli package
All imports need to be updated to use the new package name.

Updated all internal references
Updated documentation
Maintained API compatibility
