When I started running the notebook, I saw the transformers package was set to a specific version and that version seemed old, so I went ahead removed the version specification, and let it install the most current version. And down the notebook, I eventually hit issue #37. So I thought of adding a comment to clarify why the transformers package has to be in that specific version to save others going through the same path as mine.
