This PR adds 5 datasets. The new readme describes each one.
Currently, I only add the scripts to generate the text files of those datasets.
Gaia, Mobilenetv3, NOAA_GFS, NOAA global hourly and hellfloat64 take respectively 73MB, 67MB, 44MB, 5.7MB and 22MB. I can add them to the repo, but maybe we shouldn't commit them due to their sizes.
