Update of the Information About Partner Universities

To ensure that the information about our partner universities is up to date, please review the data provided by the International Relations Office at the FAU at least once a year — preferably in the weeks leading up to the annual International Day.

To do so, follow these steps:

1. Open and run the file data-creation-scraping.qmd.
2. Compare the output of the chunk output-partners with the information currently displayed on the website.
3. If the information is incorrect, please update the relevant entries in the following datasets:
   • universities-geo_locations_de.csv
   • universities-geo_locations_en.csv

Update of Information About Important Dates

To ensure that the information about important dates and deadlines for each academic year on the front page is up to date, please check the website of the International Relations Office at the FAU at the beginning of each winter semester for the following dates: • International Day • Activation of the online application • Application deadline

Then, update them accordingly in the file index_en.qmd.
