Adds the "API Gateway and BFF Architect" prompt to the technical/architecture domain. Includes updates to the docs and index files.

PR created automatically by Jules for task 504942019161119141 started by @fderuiter

Added a new expert-level prompt under `prompts/technical/architecture/`
to address the gap for designing API Gateway and Backend-for-Frontend
(BFF) architectures. The prompt enforces the 'Vector' standard with
specific constraints around terminology and output formatting. Updated
indices and docs to reflect the new addition.
