Python PaperBack

This project aims to port https://github.com/Rupan/paperbak into python cross-platform application.

Current state:

• Old code now lies inside old_cpp
• All code which doesn't depend on borderland will might be copied and ported into normal c++ in new_cpp folder
• Some basic structure starts to form in python so far crc and Reed-Solomon encoding works.
