This program is developed for my lab site, experiments appointment system and entrance access control.

delete expriment: user has the license to operate the instrument and the start_time of experiment is more 12hours than now. superuser can delete expriment any time

update expriment: user has the license to operate the instrument and the stop time of experiment is more 1hours than now, and this experiment times is more than 1hours.

delete the sample appoint: user can delete and update the appoint any time if the appoint has not adopt. superuser can delete and update the appoint at any time
