- headers search independent with AC_CHECK_HEADER
- check fonts in /usr only for native build otherwise you need to provide explicitly used font
- available build for platforms without ICU support on harfbuzz
- check for FLITEDIR in standard paths.
- add SDK dir location with AC_ARG_VAR
