这次更新主要是为了解决每次发版时所有文件都更新的问题。
1.抽取了manifest文件到html，保证了每次发版前打包出的文件名只有内容有变化的文件会变更名字及index.html内容更新
2.升级到webpack2，写法更标准（另外上面的改动依赖webpack2）
3.项目中routerConfig中用到bundle-loader的地方需要写完整
