Cleaning up the vibesphere workflow! This PR migrates everything from the old inbox logic to the new sovereign-layout.
Fixes included:
Handled Neon DB connection errors gracefully.
Ensured all transactions use the correct PHRS currency symbol.
Stabilized the feed so it's ready for production deployment.
