feat: add implicit conversion from TypeIdDecoded to Guid

•	Simplifies Code: Users can work with TypeIdDecoded instances where a Guid is required without needing to explicitly access the Id property.
•	Reduces Boilerplate: This change minimizes repetitive code where users need to access Id explicitly.

Thanks for submitting the PR and sorry for a very long response. I don't mind including that change if you can clean up the PR a bit:

1. Remove all unnecessary whitespace changes in it.
2. Use expression body syntax in implicit operator implementation for consistency (similarly to other one-line method implementations).
