Big refactor

Goals:

• Introduce a concurrent job-based system. In particular implement parallel album downloads.
• Make this project usable as a backend (e.g. for GUIs). The CLI also becomes a consumer.
• Prepare for server mode
• Better models and reduced coupling
• Use a proper CLI parsing library, separate configuration from CLI
