Home location must be defined in HA in order for HA to detect Tesla is at home. Settings > System > General > Edit location
Trace the automation to find the variable causing the error, ie. Settings > Automations > Select your automation > Trace. See example on how to trace. Most likely issue with your "Grid Power Net" sensor. Check out this page.

Use grid electricity by setting the minimum charge current above zero in the Blueprint config. Do not confuse daytime/nighttime power offsets with minimum charge current setting. Daytime/nighttime power offsets are shared among appliances of which the car charger has the lowest priority.
