As discussed privately. "F" is the default key for similar purpose in Unity and some other game engines.

Thanks @Zishan-Rahman . You're probably already considering this, but I think it makes sense to 'select' the mesh on the canvas by showing its bounding box too.

Once I get #103 sorted out, I shall try to action this as well!
