Major version bumps for Oxipng and thiserror. The former brings some compression improvements, hence the updated fixtures.

Major version bumps for Oxipng and thiserror. The former brings some compression improvements, hence the updated fixtures. The Oxipng update also requires a change to the minimum supported Rust version, from 1.79 to 1.85.1.
