Isn't multipop-safe. Could be either updated, or just moved to trashcan. Can be useful to keep despite plot_panel doing this and a lot more as this is a simpler script. |

Why not just change to rhom with sensible limits (or no limits at all)? I think it's good to keep practical examples around as a base for future scripting. |

Added a script to quickly plot a vlasiator bulk file.
This is somewhat redundant with examples/matplotlib_spatialplot, in that it provides the same features. The difference is just that this version has been used and tested on hazelhen extensively.
