MODAUD-271 Fix cancellation reason deserialization with consortium source field

MODAUD-271

Purpose

Fix deserialization error when processing cancellation reasons from Consortium Manager that include a "source" field.

Approach

Added a source string property with a description indicating the record’s origin to the cancellation_reason.json schema
