UINV-619 Use the same component for the subscriptionStart and subscriptionEnd fields

Purpose

When there is more than one invoice line associated with a POL, the Other related invoice lines accordion shows up on an invoice line during invoice creation. This is helpful for reviewing related order line history for ongoing orders. Something is off with the Subscription start and Subscription end dates, however, as they are all displaying with values one day earlier than the actual dates input.

Approach

Use component consistent with https://github.com/folio-org/ui-invoice/blob/master/src/invoices/InvoiceLineDetails/InvoiceLineInformation.js#L83-L92
