The $isAddedToParcel variable get pulled into every record added with Doghouse_Australia_Eparcel::addRecord(), making the output invalid. The 'isAddedToEparcel' element needs to be omitted when getting values.
Also, a complete list of fields for consignment record has been added in order to avoid trouble with their presence and order when setting any of them.
