DCFNet_arXiv

This is the original version of DCFNet (arXiv).
The model is trained on TColor-128, UAV123, NUS_PRO.
The DCFNet 1.0 runs at 100Hz on a single GPU, while obtaining 61.9% AUC on OTB-2013.
