Run a command to insert a complete starter Python file.

Command:

PyAssistPro: Insert Python Boilerplate

Adds:

# main.py
def main():
    print("Hello, world!")

if __name__ == "__main__":
    main()

🔹 2. Auto Code Completion (Snippets)

Just start typing Python keywords like for, if, while, def, etc., and get code completion suggestions.

Examples:

• Typing for → Auto fills a for loop block
• Typing def → Adds a function with docstring
• Typing if → Adds an if-else block
