Do we want to remove the documentation from these targets? They will still be supported, but as part of a partner factory. Not sure where we stand regarding partner related documentation. |

Of course we can discuss this and decide how better handle this. But we removed stm32 in the past 96420d8 |

deprecate meta-tegra and meta-ir, adjust raspberry 5
