rRINEX - bridges R with RTKLIB for post-processing OBS files

rRINEX objective is to provide tools to interact with your RINEX observation file that is created during surveys with GNSS receivers. It also bridges with RTKLIB to provide post-processing capabilities through its rnx2rtkp executable.
