if set and equals to true the animation is automatically started
(i.e. make a stupid shmup)
for example update-bullets! was altering scene state, now it just return the new state which will eventually be handle elsewhere
for example there is a lot of code repeated like removing containers it is a bit too hard do trigger animations of exploding enemies or to update enemies status and build loginc on top of that

previous experiment basically used a kind of an event based approach, this one uses the old get-input -> update-world -> update-view loop
for now it is basically the only way to use the gamepad api
