feat: lens v3 frames

Change Summary

Update Lens Frames spec version to 1.1.0, changes:

• actionResponse renamed to transactionId to align with Open Frames spec ( closes Malformed response from Lens transactions #469 )
• profileId renamed to account to align with Lens V3 primitive
• pubId renamed to post to align with Lens V3 primitive
• Added untrustedData field app to identify Lens application source
• Update Lens SDK usage to use new authentication & view methods
• Only support Lens specVersion = 1.1.0

Spec change is not backward compatible, so it is expected that after Lens protocol, API, and SDK are updated to V3 that 1.1.0 will be the only supported spec version for Lens Frames.

Updated Lens Frames and Lens V3 migration docs will be linked here once available.
