Hi,
I have added BLKIO controller support for this repo. Recently used it for a cgroup based python app for
controlling libvirt virtual machines. I used your project for that purpose as it seemed easy to use and
quick to integrate. I wanted to control the Disk reads and writes which were making my host unresponsive.
Let me know what you think, and I can update the README also.
