User inserts name, surname, Id number as well as Date of Birth. Program checks if the ID number is valid IE if it is 13 char in length as well as if it exists already. If it is invalid the ID input is cleared so that the user can retry the ID. The program also checks if the supplied date of birth matches with the ID's.
