1. Grant of License
This software (the “Software”) is licensed, not sold. By obtaining, downloading, or using the Software, you (“Licensee”) agree to be bound by the terms of this License. The Licensor, Franz Bender, grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable, worldwide license to:
- (a) Use the compiled form of the Software for personal and commercial purposes;
- (b) View the source code for reference and educational purposes only.

2. Permitted Uses
You may install and use the compiled Software for commercial endeavors provided you comply with all terms of this License. You may view the source code only to understand how the Software functions. No additional permissions beyond those stated here are granted.

3. Restrictions
Except as explicitly permitted above, you may not, directly or indirectly:
- Modify, adapt, translate, or create derivative works of the Software.
- Sell, rent, lease, sublicense, distribute, or otherwise transfer the Software or its source code.

4. Ownership and Copyright
All intellectual property rights in and to the Software are and shall remain the exclusive property of Franz Bender. This License does not transfer any ownership rights to you. You must not remove or alter any copyright notices.

5. No Warranty and Limited Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, THE SOFTWARE IS PROVIDED “AS IS,” WITHOUT ANY WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT. IN NO EVENT SHALL THE LICENSOR BE LIABLE FOR ANY DAMAGES (INCLUDING INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES) ARISING OUT OF THE USE OR INABILITY TO USE THE SOFTWARE, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES. YOU ASSUME ALL RISK AND LIABILITY FOR RESULTS OBTAINED BY USING THE SOFTWARE. 6. Updates and Support
The Licensor is under no obligation to provide updates, patches, or support. Any updates provided do not create new warranties or expand the scope of this License. All updates, if any, are subject to the same terms.

7. Termination
This License may be terminated if you fail to comply with its terms. Upon termination, you must cease using and destroy all copies of the Software in your possession. Provisions intended by their nature to survive termination will remain in effect.

8. Compliance and Legal
You agree to use the Software in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations, including export control and sanction laws. This License is governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of your applicable jurisdiction without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any legal disputes shall be resolved in the courts of that jurisdiction.

9. Miscellaneous
This License constitutes the entire agreement between you and Franz Bender regarding the Software. If any provision is deemed invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in full force and effect. The Licensor’s failure to enforce any right under this License is not a waiver of that right. No additional implied rights or licenses are granted by estoppel or otherwise.

By installing, downloading, or otherwise using Copy for AI, you acknowledge that you have read this License, understand its terms, and agree to be bound by it.
