intro

The idea is just to have a simple case done in one children nap !

Avatange of a case:

  • protect electronic
  • keep a good alignement of all the compass ( pixracer & gps)
  • keep a good horizontal level

Material used:

  • Sheet of styroglass: 2mm thickness (kind of plexiglass), polycarbonate should work also.
  • Bolts :
    • M2 x 20 for Gps board
    • M3 X 20 for the pixracer board

Construction:

  • Transparent is usefull to see the led state.
  • The electronics board should no touch the styroglass , to keep then apart I used pile of nuts..

The side view Usefull to count the number of nuts: Note: the usb port should be accessible.

Top view: Note: the a cut shoul dbe done on the top, to let the connectic accessible that's allow also to have slimer case. It might be interesting to have a appendice to protect the wifi - esp) module.

To-Do:

  • 3D-print one
  • covert the wifi module add velcro on botton to attach on a cockpit or seat plate.
