I talked with Alex today at FGC and he asked me to put it up on github. This is the preseed we were using in the build area. It also automatically runs the install script. In order to run it just replace linuxmint.seed with the linuxmint.seed in the preseed directory of the mint ISO. Also add the boot command automatic-ubiquity to the oem install boot config so that the installation is automatic.
