Add fields and functions for specifying a gateway for the jail.
Updated the copyright information in the edit file.
Added the CSS framework in the edit pages for tooltip help icons.
The help indicator was still visible when a tooltip box was overlaying.
Tidied up some unwanted text descriptors.
Added some descriptive text updates.
Improved the layout of the gateway field and text.
Added some new text fields.
Updated some more test descriptors.
Added the ability to specify DNS servers for the virtual network.
Jail action icons are now reflective of the following states: Stopped, Started, Stopping, Starting.
Added new icon set for jail start and stop actions. It is now more obvious what is happening during a jail operation.
New image files for the various states of the jail.
Removed unused image files from the project.
Needed to update the new paths to the new image files.
Make the jail status recognise starting and stopping as legitimate modes.
Vertically align to middle the On-line view table since we are using larger images now.
Set the icon to style="cursor: hand;" for images on the jail screen so it is more obvious to the user that the icon is clickable.
Added an extra field to the AJAX table indicating the current power state of the jail to help end users determine the current state.
Tidied up some descriptions in lang.inc.
Modified the on-line view to include CSS style for text alignment and width as they are deprecated in HTML now. Also changed the positioning to left justified to improve readability.
List count for jails needed to be +1 for proper enumeration. It was not showing the jails correctly if one or more was deleted.
