Allowing an application to open Integer.MAX_VALUE threads is a really really awful idea, and I'd love to be able to Not Do The Thing™.

Integer.MAX_VALUEthreads is a really really awful idea, and I'd love to be able to Not Do The Thing™.And yes, this is causing us grief in production, to the extent that I feel bad even setting the default to
Integer.MAX_VALUE, but in the interest of backwards-compatibility...
