build

Use Visual Studio 2017 to build the project with the following settings:

Set "totemoe-livemaid" as startup project.
Select "Win32 Debug" or "Win32 Release" profile.
Rebuild "i18n" solution folder.
Rebuild "totemoe-livemaid".
The executable totemoe-livemaid.exe will be found in bin\Win32\Debug or bin\Win32\Release
