Summary

adjust test_public_inputs to use a real TokenOwnershipInput
rename one of the duplicate test_invalid_proof tests

Testing

cargo test -p zk_canister_v2 --lib --locked -- --nocapture (fails: failed to get halo2_proofs as a dependency)
