Why?
The Test Simbank workflow was previously using the latest-released galasactl-darwin-arm64 binary from the Homebrew installer rather than the currently in development binary. This is incorrect as we are testing the main branch of the Simplatform repository (in development) and so should also be using an in-development galasactl.
